For updating your LX Platform device to PADM20, ensure that the device is running firmware version 15.5.2 or later.
[To verify the firmware version in use, look for the PowerAlert Engine Version in the About menu item of the device’s web interface]

If the device is running firmware version 15.5.1 or earlier, update it to 15.5.7 prior to updating to PADM20.

Note: There are two procedures for updating to 15.5.7. To determine which procedure to follow, identify the current firmware version running on your devices, by clicking About in the device's web interface and viewing the PowerAlert Engine Version.

• If the Engine version begins with 15.00 or 15.02, download the padm_update_15_0 package and refer to Section 1 in the Instruction Sheet (included in the package)
• If the Engine version begins with 15.04, 15.05 or 15.5.x, download the padm_update_15_4 package and refer to Section 2 in the Instruction Sheet (included in the package)

Warning: Executing the update with the wrong file or in the wrong sequence may place the device into a state where it cannot accept a firmware update.
